what's the 1920 preview? is it an art series? or is it a resolution setup?

It's a resolution. When I used to upload wallpaper packs, I would always upload a full-size 1920 x 1200px along with the pack to A) help my downloads by offering a convenience, and B) give people a live preview of what they'd be getting in the pack. :)
